Speaker 1 (00:02):
Ever been left waiting by the phone.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
It's the Fred Show. Hey, Matt, how you doing?

Speaker 3 (00:08):
Hey guys doing? Okay, how you doing?

Speaker 1 (00:10):
We're great, Welcome to the show. So what's going on
with this woman, Shenise? How did you meet? Tell us
about any dates that you've been on and kind of
where things are now?

Speaker 4 (00:19):
Absolutely so, Yeah, Nise and I we met on the apps,
and yeah, I was really excited to take around.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
We jailed immediately.

Speaker 4 (00:26):
So I invited her out to this new restaurant in
my neighborhood, and I mean, I got to say when
she showed up, she was even more gorgeous in person,
like wow, And we had a blast. Like we were
chatting for several hours, and I couldn't wait to go
in the next one, next date. But like, I don't know,
ever since we finished that date, I've.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Been trying to contact here and I've been getting radio
silenced and I do not know why.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Okay, so this was a great date in your estimation,
but she's ghosting you since then. And obviously you were
excited about it because you're describing, you know, how much
better looking she was than you were anticipating and all
these things. So you're really hoping to hear from her again,
and you, I would imagine it's sort of winging on you, Like,
why is this person not calling me back?

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:10):
I don't know if it's something I did, or maybe.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Like something happened to her. I don't know. I just
I want to check in. All right, man, let's call
her now. Good luck, Matt, thank you.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Hi's this Denise, Hi Shaneze, good morning. My name is
Fredam called from the Fred's Show, the other radio show,
and I have to tell you that we are on
the radio right now and I would need your permission
to continue with the call. Is that okay if we
chat for a second, Yes, thank you very much. We're
calling on behalf of a guy who reached out to us.
His name is Matt. I guess you recently went on
a first date with him. Do you remember him?

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Oh yeah, I remember?

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Oh yeah, Oh you remember this guy.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
So he told us that he, you know, thought you
were really pretty and he had a great time on
the date and was hoping to see you again. And
he says he's reached out since then but has not
been able to get a hold of you. So what's
going on? Are you ghosting this guy? I assume what's
the deal.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
I did not intend to.

Speaker 5 (02:13):
I don't know if he told you this, But that's vegan.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
He's vegan, okay, And he didn't he didn't share that
with us.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
No, and it's not it's not like okay, it just
happens to be vegan or guys, like the whole time
you talked about it judged me and what I I
need those articles yet about what I was eating as bad?

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Oh no, while you were eating yes, yeah, see.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
It's one thing if you want to be vegetarian, vegan,
whatever it is, you know, pescatarian, all these different versions,
that's one thing for you. But as soon as you
start preaching, and especially if you start judging and like
pointing out things that people are doing wrong in real time,
like why would I want to spend time with that?

Speaker 2 (03:00):
You know what I mean? Like what I mean?

Speaker 1 (03:01):
It's one thing if you want to try to influence
me in a in a over the course of a relationship,
maybe to be a little more healthy or whatever things
that you found work, But I don't.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
I'm not trying to eat my steak.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
And the whole time you're like, oh, well, you know
that's no fun.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Yes, yes, thank you.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
It's not like I was trying to like encourage them
to eat meat.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Yeah, well, let me bring I got to bring up
madd In because I forgot to mention that mattis here.
I'm extremely forgetful, Matt. What's the deal? Why why are
you writing her on your choices?

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Hey?

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Guys, Yeah, hey, hey niece.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
Yeah, I honestly just want to say that I simply
care about you and I want the best for you,
and I'm just trying to help.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
That's all, okay. I mean, like what you think is, yeah,
it's best for you, right, yeah, and like I mean,
ask for help. It is also best for the environment
and best for your health and you know all those
other things. But it's it's nothing, nothing personal, you know,

(04:02):
it's just an active service.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
I think people's dietary choices are personal, and the reasons
why they eat what they eat, I think that is personal,
and nobody wants to feel judged. And again, if it
works for you, that doesn't necessarily mean it works for
somebody else. And you also got to remember, this is
a first impression. I mean, it's the first time she's
ever met you, So what's she supposed to What's she
going to expect that you're gonna look her up and down,
check out her outfit, and then then judge everything she

(04:26):
ever orders.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
When you guys go out to eat, that's no fun. No, no, no, no, it.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
Is nothing like that.

Speaker 5 (04:32):
It's and you're right, it is a little personal because
we are all you know, people here on this earth
or you know, we want to make sure that we're
not contributing to downfall stuff.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
You know, there are all these articles that haven't written.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Look them up on not Listen.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
I love that Johnny for you, but you know, no
one wants to go on a date and be judged
by what they're eating. I don't eat beef, but I
would never tell someone across the table not to order
a steak like that's my choice.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
Yeah, well sounds like both of you want to die young.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Damn okay, extreme at all? Yeah, I don't know what
the statement. Yeah, I was going to say, wait.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
A minute, very happy.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
On the boat. I choke on it. What happened? I mean,
where was I Was it a good steakhouse? I hope?

Speaker 3 (05:19):
So?

Speaker 2 (05:21):
I mean he's well talking about like this it is.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
I understand it's for you, but it doesn't necessarily mean
it's for me or that that's going to happen. But
you out here telling me I'm gonna die.

Speaker 5 (05:29):
Well, you know what, you can't feel motions when you're dead.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
So enjoy your happiness while you have.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Oh Jesus, all right, wow.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
Enjoy your heart attack.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Okay, we'll see here where you go get This guy
is a blast to go on a day with that.
I can't wait.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Yeah, I'm sure Shenie is just was just you know,
when she was so excited to call you, she forgot.
Do I even have to? I'm going to ask anyway
you want to go out with this guy? Matt again,
that's a know for you, Doug. All right, Matt, look man,
good luck to you on your journey. I might a
little less judgmental. Or how about just go find somebody
who's vegan. Then he won't have any trouble.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
Yeah. Thanks guys, thanks for all your help.
