Speaker 3 (04:22):
Welcome back, beautiful Tri State area. You're listening to a
moment of Zen right here on seven to ten Woar
the voice of New York iHeartRadio. I'm your host Zenzams
today and our expert on the microphone series brought to
you by Fintech TV. We're featuring celebrity matchmaker and pr
to the Stars Carmeli Array, alongside our good friend Toal Navarro,
(04:43):
founder and CEO of Social Lading marketing agency and the
owner of AI Vibes, which is an omni channel media
company focusing on the AI culture. Now with artificial intelligence
incorporating augmented reality and the virtual reality via Oculus headsets,
these ladies are going to join me to chat about
how AI may be ruining your sex life or perhaps
(05:06):
giving you one. Welcoming down to the show. Are my
experts at hand, Carmeli Array and Tal Navira. Welcome superstars. Okay,
let's jump right into it. This is one steamy subject
right up your alley, Carmelia So Carmelia Studies show that
thirty percent of relationships now start online, with AI playing
an increasingly prominent role do you think artificial intelligence driven
(05:30):
matchmaking is going to surf past traditional method Absolutely.
Speaker 4 (05:34):
I mean we see the functionality of AI and how
quickly the output is. We can now find out more
about an individual using AI to give us a better
understanding of this person's true lifestyle, what is their opinion
and also being able to sift millions if got hundreds
of matches through the use of AI, so the data
(05:54):
output for matchmaking can be increased. And I think more
matchmakers need to get on top of AI.
Speaker 3 (06:01):
I mean, who needs a wing man when you have
a robot? Right now? For those looking to take their
sex life to the next level, AI technology might have
the answer for them. When with the help of artificial intelligence,
people can now improve their intimate experiences in ways we've
never even thought possible, from smart sex toys to virtual
(06:23):
reality simulations. Really truly, artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the way
that we approach and even enjoy sex. Now. One of
the main benefits of using AI technology in the bedroom
is the ability to have a personalized experience. Right with
these AI powered sex toys, people can now have this
interactive and customizable experience tailor to their preferences, which if
(06:48):
you think of it is mind blowing. Now these devices
go one step further and they use data and algorithms
to learn about your likes and dislikes, providing this fully
personalized pleasure experience. So whether you prefer a gentle touch
or an intense sensation, believe it or not, AI powered
sex toys are now going to be adapting to your
(07:09):
needs and provide the perfect level of stimulation. This for
me is next level mind blowing. So tell A survey
by match dot com found that twenty two percent of
people think virtual reality could enhance their dating, Like, how
do you see VR impacting the way that we connect
romantically and in the bedroom?
Speaker 5 (07:28):
Well, you know, VR has the potential to revolutionize connections
by creating immersive, interactive experiences for people where imagine there's
a couple who is a long distance and now he
can date virtually and he could go to places he
couldn't visit otherwise. And couples who are want to experience
(07:50):
new things are going into a virtual world where they
can have their own fantasies. However, balancing these virtual experiences
with the real world interaction is essential to build a
real relationship because at the end of the day, their
meaningful combinations of human beings with the algorithms might be
(08:11):
ruining their relationship, and VR should inhance our communications, not
replace them. And it's very important to understand that the
real human connection is the very very basic and very
very important for every relationship. So we have to make
sure that we educate and understand that bringing people together
it's not only virtual, but it's a real thing to do.
Speaker 3 (08:33):
You make a great point. Thank you for saying that.
And with VR technology, yes, people can step into a
virtual environment to your point, where all of their fantasies
can come to life, right, from realistic simulations of intimate
encounters to fantasy scenarios that they've only dreamed of.
Speaker 6 (08:50):
Right.
Speaker 3 (08:50):
So VR does allow you to explore your deepest desires
in a safe and controlled environment. And I say, whether
you're looking to spice up your solo play or enhance
your intimate experience with a partner, VR can offer a
whole new level of excitement and pleasure. So imagine having
your first virtual kiss in Paris under the Eiffel Tower. Right,
talk about a reality check. But let's go one step further.
(09:12):
Carmeliat recent data suggests that AI driven pornography sites have
seen a forty percent increase in usage over the past
two years. Now, do you think AI is enhancing and
promoting masturbation or is it fulfilling a genuine need for intimacy?
That's a really great question.
Speaker 4 (09:31):
And really when you think of the word intimacy by definition,
it can mean many different things. But in my world,
where I'm matching people, true intimacy happens in physical form.
Speaker 6 (09:44):
Right.
Speaker 4 (09:45):
The use of AI is great for people who may
be shy, who are inexperience and from the educational point
that tal mentioned.
Speaker 3 (09:52):
They're in a safe space.
Speaker 4 (09:54):
The challenge with that is that there can also be
people that can form addictions and without proper guidance and
without you know, speaking to, you know, having a professional
particularly where those who have sexual issues, they may end
up favoring AI simulated sex, which is very different. Particularly
pornography portrays many different you know, body shapes and sizes,
(10:15):
But it's it's idealistic. That would be my reason for
being careful to using AI. There's pros and cons to
all of it.
Speaker 3 (10:24):
You're right, and Talo said the same thing. You have
to find the fine balance. I mean, when your biggest
competition for Friday Night Plans is an algorithm. Things have
definitely gotten interesting now, Tao, with AI generated pornography and
virtual reality experiences becoming more realistic. Do you think these
technologies are setting unrealistic expectations in the physical bedroom? Absolutely?
Speaker 5 (10:48):
You know, AI generated pornography and realistic VR can indeed
set in unrealistic expectations. And we have to be very
careful because this is very risky and a lot of
times these technologies idealize and exaggerating with the figures of
our partners, and now in real life, when we're looking
at our partners, we have different expectations and that's very
(11:10):
very dangerous and we might be disappointed or pressured by
looking in the way that the algorithm is looking like.
And we don't want that to happen. And I think
that education year and awareness and talking about it and
bringing to the front and making sure people are even
in relationship, people are talking about their fantasies and they're
talking about what is their ideal human being or what
(11:33):
their ideal you know, robot or whatever they're falling into.
It's not preventing them from creating a real relationship with
their partner because it can create real negative impact, and
we have to ensure that those technologies are used responsibly
in a healthy way as well.
Speaker 3 (11:50):
So glad that I have two moms on this panel
who are experts at what they do and bring the
voice of reason to the airwaves, because it is a
concern for AI to perpetuate harmful stereotypes like you said,
and unrealistic expectations. More So, AI algorithms are only as
good as the data they are trained on, and if
this data is biased or limited, it can lead to
(12:12):
biased recommendations and reinforce harmful stereotypes. So it's definitely crucial
to ensure that these AI algorithms are trained on diverse
and inclusive data to avoid perpetuating harm. Without a doubt,
it brings up so many other issues now carmelias. Some
experts argue that AI in pornography is actually giving people
a form of sex life they might not have otherwise had.
(12:36):
Do you think this is a positive development or does
it risk for their isolating individuals from real life relationship.
Speaker 4 (12:42):
Yeah, I will, I loved this question. And you know,
the first positive is accessibility for marginalized groups, people who
have disabilities, who have social anxieties. Having that virtual experience
or access I think is healthy. The other part of
it is that for those people who want to push
their boundaries or floor kink or explore other sexual experiences
(13:04):
that they might feel judged for, AI can provide that
safe space. That being said, how many of those people
will become dependent?
Speaker 3 (13:11):
Wow? Well, on the flip side, on a positive note,
it's like having a personal movie star, but you never
get to meet them, right, So a bit of a
double ed sword there, don't you think. Taw studies show
that sixty percent of users of AI driven pornography report
feeling more comfortable exploring their sexuality. Do you think AI
(13:32):
is helping people understand their desires better or is it
creating a fantasy that's just impossible to replicate in real life?
Speaker 5 (13:40):
Look, I think AI driven pornography can help people actually
to explore their sexuality. And I think that a lot
of time it provides safe space just like you know,
just like Carmelia said, and people can do whatever they
want without being judged. On the other flip of the coin,
I don't see my kids going and learning that from
(14:00):
an algorithm, so that will be a whole different story.
And this can lead to maybe better communication with your
partner because now you learn on yourself and then you
go and explore on him. But this also might lead
to a lot of misunderstandings and disappointments, and it's very
important again to communicate all these things, especially with the
younger generation if we're talking about him, or especially with
(14:22):
people who are not very familiar with the sex lives
or with whatever happens outside, and they're exploring only the algorithm,
and then it can be again idealized and exaggerated and
not exactly the reality that they have.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
To face after.
Speaker 5 (14:36):
So using AI tool is great for learning and exploring,
but it's important to keep the fantasy and it's important
to keep it realistic, and the expectation must be communicated
openly with your partner that you are meeting with.
Speaker 3 (14:53):
After boy, this generation has so much wait we have
to sift through. Listen, exploring your sexuality in a safe
virtual space sounds great until you realize your virtual crush,
your virtual crush is just a bunch of code, right,
So like these kids are going to have a rude
awakening that at some point that virtual crush is not
(15:16):
real and now you have to step out of your
fantasy world and into reality, and that's where disappointment will
kick in. Like all of us as mothers, that's what
I have just lost. Yeah, Camelia, there's a staggering forty
percent of adults in the US who are single. Do
you believe that AI can address the loneliness epidemic or
(15:36):
is it just a band aid on a deeper societal issue.
Speaker 4 (15:39):
You know, anything can be a band aid or it
can be a real solution. I think with the use
of AI as a way to solve loneliness, there is
this experience of connection. My daughter who's eight, uses I
dot AI to talk about you know, games and animals
and the voice is like a friend.
Speaker 3 (15:59):
So when it comes down to intimacy and singles.
Speaker 4 (16:01):
There's the positive as well, is that there's mental health
resources and that there AI can be used as a
valuable tool to help people who are dealing and struggling
with issues. Now, of course, we're always going back to
what's real, and you know what, nothing beats human interaction,
the scent of a person, the the things that are
intuitive that an AI cannot simulate. So use AI in
(16:25):
that safe space for education for some experiences, but take
those experience and practice them with real people, and also
get support from real people like myself, like tal like
you listening to these you know podcasts. You know, be
around people that you can practice with and learn from
and use AI as an aid.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
Well said my dear Tao. AI is transforming every aspect
of our lives, from work to personal relationships. Do you
think we're headed towards the future where it's going to
dictate our emotional decisions? And is that a good or
a bad thing?
Speaker 5 (16:58):
I think that AI definitely changing many parts of our lives.
You know, it's including on how we handle emotions and relationships.
I think at first it's very crucial to use AI
as a tools and assistant and not replacement, so you know,
our own decision making won't be changed dramatically, but it
won't be influenced by algorithm, only by us.
Speaker 3 (17:21):
I think we should.
Speaker 5 (17:22):
Always combine AI recommendations with our intuition and understanding of emotions,
not just depending on this.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
And second, we have.
Speaker 5 (17:30):
To teach people of the usage of AI and how
it works and how it can influence us and how
emotional it can affect us. When people understand and know
and learn more about what it can do, they know
how to prevent it in advance. And also people should
speak openly on different podcasts, blogs, social media. The more
people will learn and listen about it, the more people
(17:52):
will be educated and will be able to control their
feelings and not be imitated or controlled by them.
Speaker 3 (18:00):
So that's very important. Wow, we are out of time.
Thank you both so much for coming. Thank you, thank
you so much, love you both and all this pleasure
being here. That was the amazing Carmelia Ray, celebrity matchmaker,

Welcome back, beautiful Tri State area. You're listening to a
moment of Zen right here on seven ten. Woar the
voice of New York iHeartRadio. I'm your host, Zen. Sam's
coming up next in the Hydration with Heart segment brought
to you by When Spot a Coconut in collaboration with
Charlie Rocket's Dream Machine Foundation. Today we're joined by the
incredible Grayson Roberts. He's just ten years old and was
(20:09):
born with axenfeld Riiger syndrome, a chromosolal disorder which affects
eye development, specifically characterized by abnormalities on the front part
of the eye. Now, in Grayson's case, it left him
with both glaucoma and aneridia. To date, the poor little
guy has undergone thirty five surgeries and five cornea transplants
to help save even some of his visions, although in
(20:32):
July of twenty twenty three, after his final corneal transplant,
he suffered a complete retinal detachment, leaving him with no
vision in his left eye whatsoever. Now with a very
little vision in his right eye. He is considered legally blind,
but this doesn't stop him from connecting with his surroundings
and living his life. He's going to join me today
(20:52):
with his mom, Terika, to chat all about his journey,
his passions, and how he continues to act limitless despite
his obstacles. Welcoming now to the show are Grayson and
Terka Roberts. Welcome superstars. Hi hiu though guys, how are
you so nice to have you on? Thank you for
having us, Thank you so much for coming on the show.
(21:15):
And Mom, it's so lovely to see you. But before
we dive into the questions, I'm going to quickly share
with our audience how we cross paths, and that's because
of the amazing Charlie Rockett and his Dream Machine Foundation.
He's a great friend of the show and our sponsor
Once Upon a Coconut, and I know he came across
your lemonadees Dan last summer where you were raising funds
(21:36):
to travel and see the world while you still have
slight vision in your right eye. Grayson, can you tell
me why you love to travel and why it's so
important to you and what are some of your favorite
places that you've been to so far.
Speaker 6 (21:49):
Some of my favorite places I've been to are New
York and maybe London.
Speaker 3 (21:57):
I like the Eiffel.
Speaker 6 (21:58):
Tower and the Empire State. And I think it's important
to travel because because it's important to learn how other
people live in other cultures.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
You are so right, that's primarily the reason why I
love to travel. That's such a grown up reason. I
love that. Now. I know you also have a passion
for music, specifically the drums. When did you first start
drumming and why did you choose the drums?
Speaker 6 (22:25):
I got my first drum said that too, and ever
since I started taking classes for them, and I like
them because they're loud.
Speaker 3 (22:34):
That's a great answer. I like loud too. That's how
you get noticed. Now, I know you were drumming at
your lemonade stand and got noticed that day too, which
ultimately led you to the one and only Travis Travis
Barker showing up to your next lemonade stand and even
performing with you. Can you tell me about that experience
(22:57):
and how was meeting and performing with Travis?
Speaker 6 (23:00):
Him was really cool. I never thought I would meet
a famous.
Speaker 3 (23:05):
Drummer, and playing with him was amazing. So meeting a
famous drummer and playing alongside this famous drummer, Travis Barker,
is really sounds like a dream of yours coming true.
That's amazing. I love this now. Sticking with the theme,
you are so clearly turning lemons into lemonade every day
(23:27):
and living life to the fullest. It actually makes me
think of a quote by Charles Swindle which the quote
is life is ten percent what happens to you and
ninety percent how you react to it. You, Grayson, have
not just sat back and let life happen to you, right.
I admire your spirit and tenacity and you continue to
share your positivity and talents with the world, and at
(23:48):
just ten years old, this is quite remarkable. I don't
say this lightly. Now, speaking of your efforts, I know
you recently want a grand from Flight for Sight to
travel to go in October to gain and share insights
into the hardships of living with visual impairment and blindness
in a developing country, and even to my understanding, to
(24:09):
take a step further, you're currently fundraising to help purchase
and bring as many canes as possible with you on
the trip to give away. Can you tell me why
you are excited for this trip and why it's so
important to spread awareness about the limited access to mobility
tools in these developing countries.
Speaker 6 (24:27):
I'm excited to see and I'm excited for this trip
because I want to see how other kids live in
developing countries. And it's important for me to spread awareness
because other people don't know how blind people live in
developing countries and they don't get as much access as
(24:48):
easy as we do in America.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
Look at you on your way to ted X speaker. Now,
everyone definitely needs to head to your fundraiser page. I
go find forward Slash one hundred white canes for the
Blind to donate, and I can't wait to hear all
about how the troop went in just a few months.
We're gonna definitely have you come back on now. This
is so important because according to the International Agency for
(25:13):
the Prevention of Blindness, vision loss is driven by inequality,
and globally, ninety percent of those affected by vision loss
lives in low or middle income countries, with South Asia
and Sub Saharan Africa experiencing the highest rates of vision loss.
So the numbers are not lying and it's so important
that we spread awareness. Like you said, Grayson, and take
(25:34):
steps towards improving the treatment and access in these areas,
specifically those areas. Now, let's shift back to you, Grayson.
While you're so full of positivity, I'm sure every day
comes with obstacles and difficulties that most of us don't
even have to think about that you take and stride.
I'd love to gain some insight into your everyday life.
Do you use any special tools or technologies to help you?
(25:57):
And what is schooling like for you?
Speaker 6 (25:59):
I use tools like a brailer, a tablet, and a
computer to see on the board.
Speaker 3 (26:07):
And what does school feel like for you? Is it
challenging or are you breezing through it?
Speaker 6 (26:12):
It feels pretty easy.
Speaker 3 (26:14):
I knew you were going to say that. You know why,
because you are wise beyond your years. You are an
old soul, and everything is going to feel pretty easy
when it comes to learning, because you are one smart kiddo.
Now I've got a question for Mama. I know the
syndrome Grayson was born with. Axenfeldrager syndrome is incredibly rare
and fewer than five thousand people in the US have
(26:35):
the disease, and in fact, only about fifty percent of
people with it developed block home O like Grayson. Now,
I'm curious to know how did you learn Grayson had
this syndrome and were you aware prior to giving birth?
Speaker 8 (26:48):
No, we had no idea until he came out. When
he was born, his eyes were completely white, he had
no vision, and we didn't actually learn until he was
about maybe five month and we had all the testing done,
genetic testing, and none of us carry it. His dad
or myself do not carry it. It just starts somewhere,
(27:11):
and that's kind of what we were told. It starts
with Grayson. So we've come a long way. We had
to learn a lot about it.
Speaker 3 (27:18):
And yeah, wow, you're a medical mama expert. Now, Grayson,
you're going to do a speed round of fun trivia questions.
Are you ready? Can you answer it with just a
few words? Yeah, okay, you're ready. What's your favorite song
to play on the drums?
Speaker 6 (27:34):
My favorite song to plan the jobs is when I
come around by Green Day.
Speaker 3 (27:37):
And what's your dream place to travel?
Speaker 6 (27:40):
My dream place to travel is Saint Martin to sea planes,
land skiing or snowboarding?
Speaker 3 (27:47):
Skiing? Do you ski? I? Did? I love it? The
beach of the pool both Okay, fair enough. What's your
favorite subject in school?
Speaker 6 (27:55):
Science?
Speaker 3 (27:56):
You are so smart? Who is your all time favorite
music artist?
Speaker 6 (28:00):
Stevie Wonder because he's blind like me?
Speaker 3 (28:03):
Of course you we're gonna say that. Awesome. Now, one
last question before we wrap up. Okay, are there any
messages you want to tell our audience about living life
being legally blind?
Speaker 6 (28:13):
I think if you have any disability, don't give up
one of your dreams. Just keep trying to accomplish them
and your limitless.
Speaker 3 (28:22):
You guys are both so amazing, inspiration, inspirational and pretty

Zenzam's in today's Going Deep segment, brought to you by
Co two Lift. We're headed to Union Dirm right here
in Union Square in New York City, where we're gonna

(30:26):
Today we're gonna get her thoughts on the skincare industry
and the current trends, including Coe two Lift for skin rejuvenation.
Plus we'll even get to check in with two of
her patients, Julia and Bart. We're gonna get third reaction
to both the CO two Lift Pro and the CO
two Lift V. All right, let's head down to Unionderm
and Union Square right here in Manhattan to see what
(30:47):
the hype is all about. I'm at doctor Jennifer McGregor's office,
Union Dermatology in Union Square, Manhattan. Welcome to the show.
Thank you for having me. Helik fedup all. Thank you
so I to understanding this CO two Lift V and
a CO two Lift Pro. These are two new products
that you have been really really excited about. Can you
(31:09):
tell our audience what CO two lift is and what's
primarily what's primarily used for so.
Speaker 10 (31:16):
For years people have been injecting, believe it or not,
injecting small bits of the air under the skin in
sensitive areas where we want skin rejuvenation. And what this does,
It's called carboxy therapy. And what this does is it
lowers the pH, delivers more blood flow and circulation to
the tissue and also more oxygen to the tissue by
(31:37):
changing the pH. And what this company has done is
they've actually figured out a way to do this with
just topical mass. And that's super exciting because it's easy
and could do it at home. And we already have
evidence that it has effects in the skin and the tissue.
Speaker 3 (31:51):
And that it worked. So I did my own research.
I really really wanted to understand this product, and I
read that it increases hydration by one hundred and seventeen percent?
Is that right?
Speaker 10 (32:03):
It depends how things are measured and where you read,
but it most certainly has been documented that it improves
hydration significantly as well as like we were talking about microcirculation,
blood flow and the matrix the collagen as well as
the extracellular matrix that the skin is made of elastin.
What caused the reckin to have that nice, bouncy, thick
(32:26):
look to it.
Speaker 3 (32:27):
Now, have you used the SEO to lift products yoursell
I have and.
Speaker 10 (32:31):
Using them with people bind works.
Speaker 5 (32:34):
I test everything of myself and what was your initial
reaction we were talking.
Speaker 10 (32:38):
About this is that this really has the patients like it.
Fact or people who've been doing these low level lasers
or lasers for years to combat their sun damage and
improve their skin health really see the difference with this
product because it does reduce redness in its anti inflammatory
and it reduces down time significantly from all the procedures
(32:59):
that we do, but it also enhances the effect of
the procedure and makes it work better. So people are
very happy with it. I've been very happy with it myself.
Speaker 3 (33:08):
I've used both of the products, so I love the
combo therapy factor of it's what you're saying, using it
pre and posed procedure. Can you share with us any
experiences that your patients have had with the mask or
the THEE that really stood out one person actually in particular.
Speaker 10 (33:24):
But I've heard this again time and time again that
suddenly I'm able to schedule that laser procedure that I
know I need to improve my sound image. A lot
of my patients have trouble scheduling that. This is New
York City, everybody works, everybody has families, so taking three
days of downtime is really difficult. But now I say,
how about one and a half days, how about two days?
(33:46):
How about no days? I could do a really low
level laser and you could put this mask on and
then you can be fine by tonight or by tomorrow morning.
And suddenly people are able to do those treatments they need.
So I've had people who've done these lasers in the
past come back and say, the mask changed everything I can.
I can do this in a weekend now, and I
(34:06):
could be back to work on Monday. Now, you said
the most important thing healing and downtime. That's all really
patients care about. They want the results, but healing in
downtime is key. If you told me your procedure is
going to take two weeks of healing in.
Speaker 3 (34:20):
Downtime, I'm out. I'm out, I can't do it. If
you told me it's going to take one or two days,
I'm in right. So there's a big difference there, and
I love that this is accelerating the healing process.
Speaker 10 (34:32):
It is the patient we're going to talk to you
today or that we're hearing from. Actually, the treatments that
we've done, we would have budgeted for three to four
days of downtime twice, and the way we're doing it
now three to four down to three to four days
of downtime. One procedure to address pre cancer sun damage,
brown pigmentation, and blood vessels, and we've been able to
(34:54):
do almost a weak recovery treatment with three to four
days of downtime. And then the second treatment we're doing
with zero downtime, very low level, which we'll do today,
very low level. Apply the mask and you'll look fine
by tonight. The most sensitive people, you'll.
Speaker 3 (35:09):
Be fine by the morning. Now let's move on to
the z the zoo to lift vaginal treatment and it
goes to say that they have the penal rejuvenation treatment
as well, which is similar to the vaginal Talk to
us about the vaginal treatment and why you have begun
really endorsing this product with your patients.
Speaker 10 (35:26):
This has become a real hero of by Brightest, but
for the things we've already talked about, but also for
the vaginal effects, because anything we're getting on the skin,
we're going to get an even better effect on vaginal
ecosa because it's fitter tissue and the absorption and the
effects are going to be more pronounced.
Speaker 3 (35:40):
So I do laser.
Speaker 10 (35:43):
I also do PRP injections, which are growth factor injections
from your own blood to enhance blood flow, syle signaling,
functional rejuvenation. We express young their genes, so we use
this on the skin, and we also use this.
Speaker 3 (35:55):
In a vaginal area.
Speaker 10 (35:56):
And now we have a product that we're able to
use at home give similar effects. So there's zero downtime
and it's a no brainer. I savvy women are really
empowered to do all the things they can to prolong
their own health and wellness, and that includes sexual wellness,
and so it's just something that should.
Speaker 3 (36:15):
Be cacked on to every woman. I love that you
are a big advocate of demystifying stigmas surrounding sexual wellness,
really being proactive with your patients that are not just
your patients but your friends. Because I love that you
have that connection with everybody that you treat. But you're
also a mom. Talk to me about how important it
(36:36):
is to really talk to our daughters about sexual wellness.
Speaker 10 (36:42):
I think we just talk to our daughters in a
different way than we were talked to.
Speaker 3 (36:47):
And spoken to when we were children.
Speaker 10 (36:48):
We help, we give them all of the information. We're
very matter of fact, and we want them to feel
empowered with the information, with all of the information, and
that include sexual Like I want my daughter to know
the correct words for things. I want them to know
the hanashemical body parts, and I want them to feel
like they can speak up if there's something going on
(37:11):
and use the correct languagage and really communicate properly for themselves. So,
you know, something we've been talking about since we were
in the bath at you know, age one and a
half and it was anatomy, but we talk about everything.
Speaker 3 (37:24):
I have an eight year old girl as well, Yes,
and she knows a lot. HiT's brighten, Yeah, and it's
better that she gets educated by mom who's educated, than
the internet or YouTube who's not. So this has been
a great interview. I want to leave you with one
last thought, doctor McGregor, if there was any doubt in
(37:45):
your mind about a woman who second guests the vaginal
treatment for whatever reason, hormonal inbalance, she's not sure if
it's if it's going to be a problem with another
treatment she's having. What would you say to that woman?
Speaker 10 (37:59):
I think I have this Haaden too account that the
negative side of a treatment, So a surgical treatment have complication,
risk and recovery. Non surgical treatments, you know, maybe there's
a time investment, a monetary investment, some degree of recovery,
some injection that you're getting here. It's easy, it's a
no brainer. There's evidence that it works and there is
(38:20):
no doubt. There's no risk or complication or time investment
other than using it at night and the money to
purchase it. So again I think that's a no brainer.
We wait for the evidence, and I wait for the evidence.
So it took me in a minute to get on
board with any new product, including this one. But once
I know that it works and it has no downside,
(38:42):
I'm using it.
Speaker 3 (38:44):
Well, thank you so much for a great interview, being
so transparent and being who you want. People seem to
really really luck coming here for having me. This is amazing.
We're talking with the beautiful and Julie. She's one of
doctor McGregor's patients, and we're gonna be talking about the
CO two lift V treatments and what Juwie is expecting
result wise. Are you ready, Dewie, Yeah, So talk to
(39:06):
me about why doctor McGregor introduced you to the CO
two Lift V.
Speaker 11 (39:10):
So I'm a working mom with two growing kids, and
recently I've been trying to really embrace my own self
health and pleasure. And I talked to doctor McGregor about
some of the issues that I was having with you know,
sort of incontinence and lower libido, lower sexual pleasure, and
(39:31):
we did some in office laser and injection procedures and
she recently introduced me to this product, which she said
would be a way to continue the same great effects
that I was getting from the in office procedures at
HOLE with minimal downtime and minimal in office appearance.
Speaker 3 (39:50):
That was a great, great explanation, and that's exactly right,
your doctor's recommending the right stuff here. The CO two
lift of V treatment is an extension of the COOTO
who Lived product line, and I have to say that
I've tried it myself. It lubricates and enhances circulation for
anybody that's having medical conditions bet are extream like like
in schoolrosis. This is also a pure all I've even
(40:13):
seen a cure diabetic ulcers, so I'm not surprised that
you are being treated by this. Now, what's your expectation
after using this treatment?
Speaker 11 (40:22):
Well, after the lasers and the PRP, I felt a
noticeable difference in how sort of the little trickle effects
that were happening when I was sneezy or coughing have
did like sort of minimalized and gone away.
Speaker 10 (40:37):
So I expect that this would continue that and sort
of a.
Speaker 11 (40:41):
Tightness effect in my bageintal area which increases pleasure during
sex for both me and my partner. So I'm excited
to keep to try this.
Speaker 3 (40:52):
Sprada. How important is sexual wellness for you at this
stage in your life?
Speaker 11 (40:56):
I think that for a busy working mom, we prioritize
so many other things in my life for a very
long time, and as the children grow up, and especially
now in this environment, we realize how important it is
to prioritize your own health, wellness, and and pleasure, to
be honest, and I think we take that for granted.
(41:17):
But once I have started really focusing on myself and
doing these things that for me, I would never have
thought about before because I never thought to prioritize my
own health, wellness and pleasure, I think it's brought a
very positive change to all sorts of aspects of my life,
not just my health, but you know, for my overall
(41:39):
mental health and the happiness.
Speaker 3 (41:42):
Definitely, prioritizing sexual wellness and sexual health shouldn't be at
the forefront of any woman's brain. I think that it's
been a tamboo topic for way too long, and it's
time to demystify the stigmas surrounding sexual wellness. And I
think that there's been a shift in attitude. I think
there's been to shift in education and in mindset, which
(42:03):
is why doctor McGregor is talking proactively to her patients
about the v treatment because this is one non invasive way,
to my understanding, that you can do it in the
comfort of your own home. How do you see yourself
incorporating the two lift V treatment into your regiment.
Speaker 11 (42:19):
Well, I think that if you can do it daily
on your own at night, in your own home, it
doesn't take a lot of time. Does it require going
to the office, Does it require a.
Speaker 3 (42:28):
Lot of downtime?
Speaker 11 (42:29):
You know, sort of healing from an laser procedure. I
what incorporated sort of on a daily basis, just like
I put moisturizer and on my face at night. You know,
you put it in and you forget it, and then
you wake up feeling better the next morning if.
Speaker 3 (42:46):
You wake up feeling lubricated, enhanced, and ready to conquer
the world literally. Now, the twol lift V is a
five step treatment or a three step treatment, but it's
easy to maintain, and I think that it's one of
those the treatments that every woman should experience, whether your
menopausal or premenopausal, or don't have any issues at all.
(43:09):
To your point, Julie, I think it's so important that
women maintain. Our moms didn't talk to us about this.
I know my mother didn't, and my mom's fairly young.
And I think that it really begins with how we
speak to each other as women and how we are
educating our daughters. And I think you're doing such a
proactive thing by even taking control of your own life.
(43:30):
Tell me why you're so comfortable about speaking about your
vaginal health.
Speaker 11 (43:34):
I mean, I think it's something that we all should
be comfortable about. And I think for generations, men were
very comfortable speaking about their own sexual health. And as women,
we're always taught to prioritize everyone else.
Speaker 3 (43:46):
Other than ourselves.
Speaker 11 (43:47):
And I think in this time and age, you know,
we've gotten to a place where we as women are
taking back the power about making you know, making our
sexual health and pleasure a priority.
Speaker 3 (43:58):
And I think that's important. It's important. I have a daughter.
Speaker 11 (44:01):
Too, was ten years old, and you know, I want
her to grow up in a different world where she
can say this is what I want and this is
what I eat, and not be stigmatized or be afraid
to go to the doctor or go to see a specialist,
to look for alternatives, to look for things to make
her life better.
Speaker 3 (44:18):
Instead of just taking the status quo. They were gonna
be chatting with Bart.
Speaker 12 (44:22):
Welcome, my friend, Thank you be here.
Speaker 3 (44:24):
Hey Bart, Please tell us how old you are.
Speaker 12 (44:27):
I am taking two years old?
Speaker 3 (44:29):
How important it can help you.
Speaker 12 (44:32):
Very important, although I don't think I took it as
seriously as I should have until recently.
Speaker 3 (44:36):
So what initial skin condition did you had and what
led you to seek treatment.
Speaker 12 (44:41):
I had some precancerous growths on my face and also
some obvious sun damage and some pigmentation issue.
Speaker 3 (44:48):
And what was your doctor's first initial reaction when you
came her consultation? What did she recommend? Treatment wise?
Speaker 12 (44:59):
Because of the roats and the sun damage, she recommended
fraxle laser and also the masks.
Speaker 3 (45:07):
Can you tell us what was your initial expectation she
used the CO two would mask.
Speaker 12 (45:13):
While Doctor D told me that it would speed my
healing time from the fraxile laser, it would hydrate my skin,
it would reduce inflammation and overall kind of help you recover.
Speaker 3 (45:23):
From the receip So after post treatment for your fraxal laser,
what was your initial sensation when using the mass I
loved it.
Speaker 12 (45:32):
It was very cooling, felt very you know, moisture and riching,
and when I was done with it, my skin felt great.
Speaker 3 (45:40):
What was your skin's initial reaction to the mask? What
did you notice a difference in the fine lines and wrinkles.
Speaker 12 (45:47):
One hundred percent as soon as I took it off,
I'd noticed the difference in my skin texture and that
it was very moist and dewey, and it just it
really did feel good because you know, the procedure makes
your skin feel like you had a and so it's
just a really nice, cool noiice allocation after the seecher.
Speaker 3 (46:05):
Wow, I love this honesty here. So is this a
mass that you would continue to use at home?
Speaker 12 (46:10):
Yes, Dent.

Speaker 13 (47:12):
Welcome back to this week's Discover Your Potential Express segment,
brought to you by Keep the Past on a Moment
of Zen right here on seven to ten wor The
Voice of New York iHeartRadio. I'm Anna Devere, co host
of Discover Your Potential, and today we're discussing a topic
that's so big it's not just the elephant in the room,
(47:33):
it's the entire circus. I'm talking about artificial intelligence, a
subject that sends shock waves through our system, especially if
we grew up on movies like The Terminator or The Matrix.
AI is the science of making machines that think like humans.
But with many people losing their jobs to those machines,
(47:53):
the frustration and impact it close to home. The truth
is that these tools are here to stay and already
a significant part of our lives in everything from smart
cars to Alexa and Siri. So what are smart humans
saying about the upside of AI? Kara Peterson of Boston
is using it for good and helping to close the
(48:16):
justice gap. During the pandemic, Kara and her husband Rich
found the mean for some basic legal advice when nothing
at the time.
Speaker 3 (48:25):
Was business as usual.
Speaker 13 (48:26):
They turned to the Internet to answer their question and
discovered a major problem. Without a law degree, searches for
legal advice are daunting. Add to that the problem that
many people can afford attorney's fees and some serious gaps
to justice appeared. Kara and Rich decided to bridge that gap,
and today they offer a real solution with describe dot ai.
(48:51):
They took all the case law in the United States
and used AI to summarize the judicial opinions. Today, this
platform offers over three point three million summarized judicial opinions
that are instantly searchable via natural language search. Their mission
is to leverage artificial intelligence to improve access to the
(49:13):
law and ultimately access to justice. They partner with legal
scholars to create the most ethically appropriate platform and describe
dot ai is completely free. The average attorney charges four
hundred dollars an hour, which is driven by the cost
of human effort. Yet this prices out a significant number
(49:34):
of people, and a reported ninety two percent of low
income Americans cannot get any legal help. Kara believes that
AI holds the key to fundamentally change how justice is
delivered in our country. She also points out that AI
for Legal services is a compelling job sector full of
women who are driven by a spirit of camaraderie, and
(49:57):
if you want more information, you can reach out to
her on LinkedIn or the Justice Technology Association. Kara Peterson
is an amazing human who reminded me that the future
is what we all make of it. She quotes doctor Joybolendweeny,
who said, whether AI will help us reach our aspirations
(50:17):
or reinforce the unjust inequalities is ultimately up to us.
We'll be speaking to Kara Peterson in an upcoming episode.
