As usual there wasn't much planned coming into this show. I talk about making an appearance on The Colonie Pit which is a YouTube podcast done by a couple of South Colonie legends, John Martinez and Pat Corrano. I also get into the impact that the House of Pain album had on me when I was younger (Jump Around came out 32 years ago today). I get into the Kentucky Derby party that we went to and share some thoughts on that. I wrap it all up talking about my 2 daughters. My relationship I have with both of them and how proud they both make me.
