I've been wanting to do this episode for quite some time now. I see far too much negative nonsense about radio all over social media. Everyone has an opinion about how radio should operate. Everyone thinks they know what's best even though they have no experience doing it or should I say no success in doing it. I'll break down to you, at least a little bit, how we make decisions. I can't say it's business wide way that things are done but it's the way my station is run. I'll get into it so listen away.
