In this episode we talk about how to overcome overwhelm which happens when the intensity of your feelings are greater than your ability to manage them. I talk about some of the things happening in my life that have made me feel overwhelmed in the past couple of weeks. I also share five general practices 

Identify the source of your overwhelm.

Take time away.   

Stop trying to be perfect. 

Drop the ball sometimes. 

Ask for help.  

And, some of the practices that I use to help me from staying overwhelmed.
