In this week’s episode, I talk about working in your strengths to optimize your performance. I share my top five Clifton Strengths and how I use them to achieve excellent performance.. I go into detail about how each of them can be a balcony (work in my favor) and a basement (work against me).

My top five strengths

Deliberative - You are best described by the serious care you take in making decisions or choices. You anticipate obstacles.

Achiever - You work hard and possess a great deal of stamina. You take immense satisfaction in being busy and productive.

3. Relator - You enjoy close relationships with others. You find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.

4. Intellection - You are characterized by your intellectual activity. You are introspective and appreciate intellectual discussions.

5. Strategic - You create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, you can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
