by the state aimed at curbing the growing affordability crisis

on Monday, the Governor's office indicated the reforms under consideration
currently include extending compliance deadlines for inspections and reserve funding
and providing lower no interest loans to condo associations to
meet code under Florida law. Santus has indicated the intent
to hold a special session before the end of the

year to address the issue. Following the decision by the
Stuart City Council to rescind the previously approved plan to
move forward with a bright Line station. Fort Pierce officials,
who vied for a Treasure CoA station originally are encouraging
Brightline to reconsider their city. Pierce's mayor and the president
of the Economic Development Council of Saint Luicis County spoke

in favor of bringing Brightline to their community yesterday and
related Martin County commissioners voted to re engage Brightline officials
with the hope of renegotiating a deal to bring Brightline
to Martin County somewhere. Following that surprise vote, in Stuart, Brightline,
senior vice president of corporate affairs, told WPTV regarding this

higher than yesterday. Speaking of yesterday, that did mark the
historical peak day of hurricane season activity. Gas prices they
rose a penny per gallon yesterday, though they were a

bit more than a rose a bit higher than that. Locally,
the average price for regular unleaded in Florida currently three
to eighteen per gallon. In the Palm Beach is the
average price this morning three thirty five, and Martin below
the state average at three seventeen, and still lower in
Indian River County at three fifteen.
