redefines the requirements for a building official to serve on
the Palm Beach County Building Code Advisory Board. The new

full time employee of a municipality or a county and
instead requires the building official to simply serve a municipality
or the county. The sixteen member Palm Beach County Advisory
Board advises the County Commission in Local Governments on building
codes and standards. Florida Attorney General James Athmeier, speaking of

the States Law Enforcement Agencies, aimed at assisting the federal
