So you'll get lots of different opportunities there to be able to generally upskill. I think there's something to be said for that kind of almost entrepreneurial spirit in the sense of solving problem within your existing care setting."

Hiring based on Potential and Flexibility: "So we also don't hire for skills. We hire things like we're not expecting anyone to have done product development who have come from a health tech company. We're looking for people who show potential. And by potential, I mean can you think flexibly around a problem? Can you have fixed ideas?
