Hey, What’s Up! It’s Tommy. Life’s been a whirlwind lately, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. In this episode, I’m giving you an inside look at what’s been going on—how I’m staying busy, what I’ve been working on, and most importantly, where Wyatt is in his journey.

I talk about the challenges of staying productive, the rollercoaster ride of detoxing and therapy, and the huge changes we’re making in our lives, from business shifts to a brand-new community center project in our small town. Plus, I open up about my own health and mindset changes—things I’m doing to ensure I stay strong for my family and continue growing.

One big realization? Fun. I’ve spent so much time being intentional about work, health, and parenting that I’ve forgotten to focus on joy. It’s something I’m working on, and I encourage you to do the same.

Let’s get into it.

Key Takeaways

  • Busy is better. I function best when I have a lot going on. When I don’t, I get stuck in complacency, and that’s a dangerous place to be.
  • Productivity with purpose. This year, I’ve committed to being in full production mode—rewriting SOPs, rebuilding business strategies, and tackling major life projects like putting a basement under our house.
  • Wyatt’s journey continues. After a year of chiropractic therapy, we’re seeing changes—some small, some big—but it’s a process, and we’re trusting the journey.
  • Health is a priority. I’m making intentional changes—cleaner eating, more water, and pushing myself with daily cold plunges, breathing exercises, and movement.
  • What’s fun? I realized I’ve put fun on the back burner, especially outside of hunting season. I’m working on figuring out what fun looks like for me in everyday life.
  • Big things for our town. I’m helping lead a community center project that will bring new opportunities to a small town that hasn’t seen much change in years.
  • Intentional time matters. Being physically present isn’t enough. I’m learning that focused, intentional time with family is what really counts.

Thanks for spending your time with me today. Keep pushing forward, stay intentional, and let’s keep building the best versions of ourselves.
