James bought an unreal gift for the fellas that lines well with the story of the show which we cover before diving into what inspired him to rig up his initial christmas light display that went viral in 2023. We discuss the logistics of his family avocado farm, including the full breakdown of the process of growing them, the science and innovation that's progressed in water systems and some wild yarns of people that have rocked up to get potentially hired. We bring it home with a couple of ripper tales from Ag College before we wrap up with the guest questions.
