On today’s episode of The Michele Roys Show, I’m sharing straight from the heart. 💛

After the incredible high of my book launch, I found myself needing to pause, breathe, and recalibrate. In this vulnerable solo episode, I talk about what it means to give yourself permission to rest after something big, to listen to your body, and to honor the season you’re in.

✨ I also reflect on the overwhelming gratitude I feel for every person who supported me—whether you showed up in person, shared my book, sent a kind message, or held space for me during this chapter. Your love has meant the world.

Another highlight this past week was a soul-nourishing visit from someone very special—a beautiful woman from the Worthy Book Club in the U.S., who traveled to Ireland and took the time to meet me in person. That moment reminded me of the power of connection, the gift of presence, and how vital it is to feel poured into and supported by community.

We’ll explore:

✔️ Why recalibration is necessary after a big moment

✔️ The importance of listening to your body and nervous system

✔️ How friendship and community help us keep going

✔️ Learning to slow down without guilt

🎉 Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you’re riding the high of a win or feeling the crash after one, this episode is your reminder: you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep pushing to prove your worth.

📖 P.S. My book is officially out in the world! If you haven’t grabbed your copy yet, here’s where to find it: 🛒 Amazon: LINK
