She is the author of several books including "The Federal Resume Guidebook," now in its 7th edition and “The Jobseeker’s Guide: Ten Steps to a Federal Job for Military and Spouses,” now in its 8th edition. Kathryn provides "10 Steps to a Federal Job" curriculum to career transition counselors at military bases, universities, veteran’s organizations and private industry. In other words, Kathryn knows the Federal hiring system inside and out and is an expert on getting a federal government job. She is passionate about helping people find great jobs with the government.
