Last year was rough for me. I went from the top of my career game to feeling fresh out of college and had to completely redirect the course of my life. It was humbling, terrifying and every bit as challenging as you’d expect. But those hardships have made me appreciate where I am today so much more than if it had been easy. I’m ready to talk about everything I learned about myself and about life in the process. It’s not always sunshine and rainbows when you’re your own worst critic, and I share with you how I’m keeping my self-talk positive vibes only from now on :)
