Ted's entrepreneurship journey is all about solving problems that help people. He is focused on the health & wellness, clean-tech, environment and health-tech industries. In 2005 he was diagnosed with Crohn's disease which changed the direction of his life. As part of that change he decided to give up alcohol but still wanted to enjoy the taste and social experience that comes with beer. At that time, most non-alcoholic beer was underwhelming, and he felt ignored as a consumer. That was the problem he resolved to solve through Partake Brewing - now the leading non-alcoholic beer brand in Canada! He has created over $100M in economic value, positively impacted millions of people, and led teams of up to 50 employees, contractors, and consultants. Currently, he is Founder & Board Member at Partake Brewing (ex-CEO), and President at Agawa.
