A Month Of Grace - Day 20 - Give Yourself Blessings

Welcome to day 20 of Journeying Through a Month of Grace.

Today we give ourselves blessings. Giving ourselves blessings and the people around us. There's something so magical happening when we start our days by tuning into our heart and soul and counting our blessings. I love blessing the day ahead, every situation I encounter, every meeting I have, every person I meet and of course my food and water, too. Blessing the day, blessing ourselves, blessing strangers and our loved ones. It does sound easy, doesn't it? And let me tell you, life is easy, the beautiful things come through and with ease, not the other way around. 
When we give blessings we are connecting with our hearts. Once we're connected to and with our hearts there's only love that flows. The heart sees clearly, the heart always knows the higher truth of all things, that heart is our compass, the portal to divine intelligence and wisdom. 

 So, today give yourself blessings.

As we're Wrapping Up 2022 (listen to episode #167) many of us find ourselves in a lot of fast-paced pressure. We have so many things we wanna wrap up, finish and complete before we enter the year of 2023, that we tend to forget to really tune in and slow down. This is the season to slow down. I myself need this reminder so I thought I take you on this journey with me.
