Welcome to day 29 of Journeying Through a Month of Grace.

Today we give ourselves freedom. The freedom to be who we are and to live the life we wanna live.
In this bonus episode I share my personal freedom experience that I had back in December 2019. It was a very significant omen for the times that were ahead of us and it would give me the strength to protect that which is important to me: my personal freedom.
What I experienced in that one meditation by Dr. Joe Dispenza was so profound and yet so simple, that I wanted to shout it from the roof tops. I guess all my friends thougth I was crazy when I told them about it. But it was more real than anything else: and that was, that we are FREE and that there's nothing or no one that can hold us back. We just need to lift the curtain and look through the illusion.
Ever since then I have to remind myself of that very experience because it is so easy to forget and we humans have the tendencyto make everything complicated. So, let me share this with you and I hope it inspires you.

So today, give yourself freedom.

As we're Wrapping Up 2022 (listen to episode #167) many of us find ourselves in a lot of fast-paced pressure. We have so many things we wanna wrap up, finish and complete before we enter the year of 2023, that we tend to forget to really tune in and slow down. This is the season to slow down. I myself need this reminder so I thought I take you on this journey with me.

I hope you enjoy.
