Today, I am bringing you a conversation with my family on how we’ve been incorporating better nutrition into our household and daily routine. I believe it is beneficial to give children some level of ownership over their eating habits. In this episode, you will hear how we have been able to implement small changes within our household to eat healthier as a family.

Some of the things we’ve been maneuvering include: my youngest daughter recently becoming vegetarian; my older daughter is working with a nutritionist to treat migraines, and my husband started eating better and incorporating healthy smoothies into our diet. We hope some of the changes we’ve implemented and share in this episode, inspire you to do the same.
