Franco Perez is a mobile home expert. In the last 10 years, He's been on a mission to break the shame and stigma surrounding mobile homes. His passion and advocacy of home ownership stems from the hardships he's experienced in his youth. At a young age, Franco became the sole breadwinner in the family. To support our needs, Franco has worked multiple jobs but still barely earned enough to make ends meet, let alone pay for his families rent. And like most middle-class families, he spent the bulk of his salary on rent. And having been in the real estate industry for over a decade, Franco studied and researched affordable housing options. His journey led him to learning about mobile homes and it proves to be an untapped potential and effective pathway to home ownership for first-time homebuyers. Combining his industry-knowledge and personal experience allows him to deeply understand the struggles and plights of many working families. For Franco, the sense of fulfillment is second to none. Seeing the families he's helped achieve their financial goals and lead happy lives is beyond rewarding.
