After more than 20 years dedicated to psychotherapy and having sold hundreds of thousands of copies of her manual The book you wish your parents had read (and your children will be glad that you did), Philippa Perry returns to bookstores with another manual that’s more than recommended reading: The book you want everyone you love to read (and maybe a few you dont), she clarifies in the title.

Her aim is ambitious: to help us become more balanced, happier people, by improving the relationships we have with those around us, such as our partner, family, friends, co-workers... And, even more importantly, by improving our relationship with ourselves.

Today, in this episode recorded in English and also available translated into Spanish, Philippa is going to give us some advice to face those big questions about life that we all ask ourselves sometimes: How do you make the relationship with your partner last? How do you handle conflict effectively? How do you deal with your discomfort or difficult parents? How can you, in short, improve your relationships with others? Philippa is going to try and make us all a little happier by helping to solve all these “Hows”…
