For the second time in the last nine months, Writer E. Jean Carroll Testified before a jury about being sexually assaulted by Donald Trump. But this time, she was telling her story in front of the former President, who has been found liable for attacking, harassing, and defaming her.
The Jury will determine how much money to award E. Jean because Trump has already been found guilty.
There was another twist to this Hearing: Trump, loudly and with flourishes of hostile "body language, made it clear how unhappy he was with the trial and the testimony.
The Judge, Lewis Kaplan, made it clear that Trump needed to quiet down, or he would be thrown out of the courtroom.
The trial continues tomorrow. And Trump has said he will testify himself next week.
