We keep our ears and eyes open all the time for tracks the peak our interest and basically earmark them for inclusion in a mix. On top of that we are always creating unique edits and remixes to perform live and sometimes we include these in our mixes to give them a certain exclusivity that no one else could replicate. For instance this mix features the live festival mix of our track “Three second memory” which we have been opening our shows with during the Goldfish Organic House Tour around the world in the last few months (it’s not available to listen to anywhere else currently). 2 - Is a mix like this different from seeing you live in action on the stage? We have more freedom from a repertoire point of view with a mix like this than was we do live as fans come to show’s to hear the Goldfish songs that they know and love. The main difference is that our live show includes live instruments and an audience! Ultimately we would like these mixes to be more similar to our live shows but because we play largely only original music plus some exclusive remixes at our live shows the mixes would be too similar if we just posted these, however we do post live set’s from time to time so watch this space! 3 - Why are you excited to play Mysteryland USA? When the call came through for us to perform at Mysteryland USA we all did cartwheels around the studio as we have spent loads of time in The Netherlands and we always hear about how awesome Mysteryland is! On top of that hearing that the show is on the grounds of Woodstock ’69 is too epic for words. 4 - What do you think that you’ll bring to Mysteryland USA that sets you apart from other artists? Our live show includes Flute, Sax, Double bass, Keyboards and a bunch of electronic gizmo’s all played by Dom and myself live on stage, I don’t think anyone else uses this combination between only 2 people. Add to this us both being borderline hyperactive and you have a unique high energy live Deep/Melodic/Organic House set.
