Buckle up, it's rant time. Recently we had an experience at our grooming shop that unfortunately led to a false review being left about us. We figured it to be a good opportunity to turn a negative to a positive by sharing the story with you all, in hopes that maybe we can help avoid this happening too often. If you're a groomer, and this has happened to you, you will surely resonate with the story told in this episode. If you're a pet owner, we only ask that you try your best not to behave the way the pet owners did in this story.
