Every day one should expect to face a challenge. It could be anything from a co-worker spreading rumors or an argument with a sibling. The point is that one should accept the position that challenges will come so accept and learn from them. This is easy as watching an eagle soar through the air. A major part of its flight is that it uses the wind(resistance) to fly. Likewise, this is what one must do.
