Emma is Emma Frisch is the cofounder and culinary director of Firelight Camps, a glamping destination in the U.S., featured in Vogue, Travel Channel, Wall Street Journal, Bon Appetit and Martha Stewart. She was a top finalist on Food Network Star season 10 and has developed over 500 original recipes and cooking videos on her food blog, www.emmafrisch.com. Emma and her husband co-founded La Buena Onda, a boutique hotel and restaurant in Nicaragua. She's also a mom, super down-to-earth, authentic, and an inspiring badass entrepeneur and passionista!
