This episode is all about what having a fit mind is and why it’s key to creating long lasting results on a fatloss journey. I’ve lost 40 lbs and have about 30 more pounds of fat to lose. So I am in the midst of it all and this series is all about the factors that have had the biggest impact on my progress. Being in the middle of it all also means that I can be completely honest about the tribulations that I am currently going through without sugar coating them.
