In this episode, we chat with Princess Francois also known as Franny the Traveler. She is a nationally award-winning educational leader, equity advocate, travel blogger, and content creator.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Princess is extremely proud of her Caribbean roots as a first-generation Haitian American. An educator for over a decade, she advocates and creates spaces for culturally responsive practices that promote anti-racism, equity, and inclusion in schools.
She uses her platform, Franny the Traveler blog, to inspire micro-cations, educate on Black travel and amplify underrepresented voices as she seeks to visit 50 countries and all 50 states before the age of 50.
Princess currently resides in New York City and is celebrating her new book, Support BLACK Periodt: A Greenback to Eliminate Your Ifs, Ands, or Buts. Join us as we cover how to learn while traveling and supporting local communities.
