Cet après-midi, je suis passée devant une des boulangeries de notre quartier et j’ai aperçu dans la vitrine un gâteau découpé en parts : un gâteau de crêpes ! Le gâteau de crêpes est entré dans ma vie grâce à la pâtissière Claire Heitzler dont c’est l’une des spécialités. Elle réalise quelques fois dans l’année son gâteau de crêpes soufflées : aux fraises ou à la marmelade de mandarines selon la saison, mais aussi à la pâte à tartiner. Je vous en ai déjà parlé.
