S1E5: Maggie Jones

Maggie has lived in the closet for the majority of her life. When she was in her early 20s she married a man and lived in Swansea in South Wales. She says that everyday was torture for her. She knew she was with the wrong person and living in the wrong place. She gave birth to two children, but says the best day of her life was when her husband walked out on her. That’s when her new life began and she hasn’t looked back since. A few years after that she packed up, sold her house in Wales for a loss and moved to London.
