The declaration came on Rear Naked Choke Radio (@RNCRadio), as Joe Rizzo (@RearNakedChoke) declared it to Jay Kelly (@JayKellyMMA) after Hollowayâ??s heart-felt tweet to Frankie Edgar after UFC 222.
