Separation and Divorce can be an emotional difficult time. The emotions of sadness, anger, grief and fear are typically experienced.  Most divorces are rife with conflict among separating and divorcing partners. It takes a tremendous toll not only on the people divorcing but also their children, family and friends. Is it possible to have a healthy divorce? One that honors not only each person but the union that was once filled with love and hope. Consciously Uncoupling is a mindful, respectful and loving approach to ending a relationship.

In this episode I have a conversation with Becky Boisvert. An inveterate adventurer, Becky (she/her) has grown to see life itself as the adventure. When that adventure beckoned the transition out of her marriage, Becky created a process to help guide her and her former spouse, Sanne, through the terrain of separation and eventual divorce. Many who get to know Becky and Sanne are deeply inspired by the ease and consciousness with which they engaged this process.

Since then, Becky has begun coaching individuals and couples through threshold experiences in life like the lead-in to marriage, divorce, health crises, and more, as well as holding mediations for more deeply embedded conflict. Becky is deeply devoted to supporting herself and others in transforming the grit and hardships in life into opportunities for healing.
