In this episode, I sit down with Pete Ochs as he discusses how he has slowly learned over the years how his life is not ownership, but stewardship. So if that is the case how do we properly steward our lives, and what does that look like on a practical day-to-day basis?
Pete shares wisdom that he has learned how to run a business in an honorable way. This comes through living simply, deep healthy relationships, a strong moral code. Pete shares with us when the big switch came for him when he stopped viewing himself as the owner of all his business and instead saw himself as a steward and how that dramatically changed the way he did business.
He also shares with us how he began to employ prisoners in his business, and how the impact that has had has gone beyond what he even thought was possible when he started that endeavor.
