For most of us, we spend our time, as small business owners, working IN our business - doing the client work and producing the outputs needed. Â All too often, small business owners, forget that the most important thing, if they want to grow their business, is working ON your business - what I mean by that is doing the marketing, making the sales.
We are all pushed for time...I always wish I had a couple of more hours in the day to get everything done...but I make sure that I set aside time to work ON my business so that I can achieve my personal goals.
