Most people barely get to the phone to schedule an appointment, let alone to their actual appointment. The process can be daunting, so this episode gives you a real look into what the process and logistics of finding a therapist. We talk about how much it costs, how our insurance works, and what kind of therapy was the right one for us.

We even share what were our preconceived ideas and where our head space was at before starting therapy. (It was not a good one, we’ll tell you that much.) And we give you a real updated glimpse at what we’re learning in therapy. (It probably involves vulnerability.)

Disclaimer: We are not professionals nor do we recommend a certain type of therapy to any of our listeners. We just want to share our experiences with you.

Take a listen if you’re curious to see how therapy has benefited us in the midst of transitions of post-grad!
