The Throwing YIPS in Warmups

Today’s episode we’ll be talking about the “yips”.. yeah I feel weird just saying it.. I’ve actually been getting a lot of questions lately from ball players who just struggle with their warmup throws or the first few throws of catch play not really having an idea of where the ball is going.. y’all are not alone! Trust me.

We’ll be diving into a lot of my personal experience with this issue and hopefully provide some things you can put into practice if you are someone who potentially struggles with this. I will say.. if you don’t struggle with throwing accuracy I’d advise you to just skip this episode.
