Winterball Preparation

It’s that time of year again.. Preparation for the upcoming 2021 Winterball Season down in Puerto Rico. Today’s episode will be spent discussing my plan/process for attacking my preparation before the winter season begins. The reason for adjustments heading into the season stem from being a Starting Pitcher for all of the summer season and now having to switch roles to become a Relief Pitcher.
