You say you have a deal.
That means you understand whatthe after repair value is.

lights haven't been turned onand so because of that, you have

One of the things that they'resupposed to do on day one is
join the private facebook groupand go in and introduce
themselves.
And I tell each and everyonedoing onboarding that
introductory post, that's yourbillboard.
That's your billboard to everysingle member of titanium
university explaining whysomeone should do business with

you, whether it's you're lookingfor a dispo joint venture
partner, whether you're an endbuyer.
What you're looking for, maybeyou're short on budget and you
want to call everyone's old deadleads.
Whatever it is, it's youropportunity to communicate to
the masses how you can providevalue to their business so your
business in return can succeed.

Yet some people today will comein and they'll say my name is
RJ Bates and I'm a virtualwholesaler.
I'm looking forward to succeed.
Now, is there anything wrongwith that?
Some people might look at thatand say no, I look at it and I
say it's a missed opportunity.
See, it's a missed opportunitybecause you did not say how you

plan on providing value and howyou can provide value for the
other members.
Today's video comes becausethere was someone that I wanted
to give something to See.
I get a lot of comments, dms,emails, and I've been to be able
to provide for people when theyhave a need.

I see it and I want to providea solution at times.
Someone reached out to me and Iwanted to give something in
return, so I said, hey, send mean email.
So I sent me an email.
It was very short.
Rj said shoot him an email.
I don't know what it's about.
Unfortunately, my plan was tocall that person, but there was

no phone number attached to thatemail.
You got to turn the lights on,give yourself every single
opportunity to be reached, andso, because of that, then I had
to ask them what's your phonenumber, and that took several
days of communication back andforth before I could then
provide them with the gift thatI was wanting to give.

Again, this is an opportunitythat where you have to turn the
lights on and give yourself.
You never know who is out therereading your communication and
wanting to offer something.
So today's takeaway from thevideo every single opportunity
that you have to communicatewith someone whether it's a post

, a comment, a DM, an email giveyourself as much opportunity as
possible to receive somethingin return.
So if you're going to make apost about a deal or need that
you have in your business, havea call to action on there.
So, for example, here onBradley's post, this should have

said I have a property with anafter repair value.
Of this, estimated repairs here, my asking price.
I'm looking for a JV partner.
If you're willing to JV with me, shoot me an email.
Here's my email, here's myphone number.
That is turning the lights on.
I bet if that happened therewould have been engagement on

that post.
If someone asks you to shoot anemail, by God have your phone
number in that email.
Some of us cannot provideeverything that we want to via
email.
We need to have a phoneconversation, like we needed to
in the example that I'm giving.
If you're just simply talkingabout your business or you're

talking about something that'sgoing on, make sure everyone
knows.
Turn the lights on as bright asyou possibly can, because you
never know where the business isgoing to come from.
Yesterday's video was about medoing a deal in Iowa Park, texas
, with Claude inside of TitaniumUniversity.
He was my end buyer and thenthat little tiny $2,500

assignment turned around to amuch bigger assignment on a deal
in Tennessee.
Well, here's the reason why I'mbringing that up because Claude
has done such an amazing job ofturning the lights on and
letting every single person knowrepeatedly, and now he's doing
it inside of the vault, our freeFacebook group, which, if you

He turns the lights on all thetime about what he's looking to
purchase.
Now he's even postingtestimonials or deal recaps of
previous properties that he'spurchased and how he sold them
and why he purchased them.
The lights are on as bright asthey could possibly be for
Claude's business.

Are you doing the exact samething?
Because if you're not, you'releaving money on the table, and
I know that there are many ofyou out there right now that are
struggling.
So I'm going to give you guys acall to action right now.
I want you to join the vaultokay, we let everybody in about
once a day and what I want youto do is I want you to make an

introductory post of yourselfabout your business and turn the
lights on as best as possible.
How are you going to providevalue to the masses?
What can you provide toeverybody?
And what is that call to action.
How can people contact you?
Let's do business together.
This is how we win.

So it's not just about thatquote unquote squad up.
It's about how are you going toprovide value?
What is the purpose behindsquatting up together?
Whether it's hey, I can closedeals and I have deals that I'm
providing right now, but I'mstruggling on dispositions.
Maybe you can't afford investorlift yet.

Maybe you don't have the skillsets and dispositions.
Maybe there's someone out therethat has the softwares and the
skill sets when it comes todispositions and you can squad
up, you can partner up andcollaborate.
Maybe it's just you need tonetwork and get to know more in
buyers, or maybe you are an inbuyer and the wholesalers don't

know it yet.
Whatever your situation is, makethat introductory post inside
the vault today explaining thisis what I do in my business and
this is how I can provide value,and here's my call to action.
Now, the other thing that Iwould ask you to do because not
everyone is going to go join thevault is leave a comment on
this video right here.

Put it out there.
You never know.
I'm going to assume there willbe a couple thousand views on

Leave a comment on there on whypeople need to know you and why
they should do business withyou.
This is very important.
You have to develop the skillset and get good at turning the
lights on.

how I provide value.

phone number or a landing page,whatever it is, drop it in the
