So today we're going to betalking about lead generation
and all the systems that we usehere at Titanium Investments.

Now, this is important becauseeverything that we teach is
based around these systems, sowe wanna make sure that you guys
are using the exact same onesthat we're using.
Now I'm gonna start off bygiving you guys a free resource

Now let's go through thesystems that we're going to use,
starting off with leads,because leads are the most
important thing to a wholesalingbusiness.
Here at Titanium, we're allabout paper lead, speed lead,
lead, solo property leads.
These are critical.

You don't have to generatethese leads, you don't have to
mine for them.
You literally just swipe acredit card and you get the
information and you pick up thephone and close the deals.
Now, once you're on the phonewith those sellers, you have to
comp.
We use PropStream, privy andBatch Leads.
Moving on from that, once youget the property on a contract,
you have to be able to dispo it.

What are you going to use forthat?
We use InvestorLift, which isnow free, by the way,
investorbase and DealSpeed.
You also have to have a CRM.
Where are you going to keep allthis information, all those
notes, keep you organized?
