All right, today we're going toanswer the easiest question
that I've ever had to answer,which is RJ, how do I get a
contract filled out?

Well, we're going to go throughour super easy contract and I'm
going to show you exactly howto fill it out.

All right, let's talk aboutthis easy contract to fill out.
You're going to have thispulled up on your computer.
You're not going to have thisever printed out because you're
a virtual wholesaler.
But, that being said, whatyou're going to need to fill out
is the date.
It's the date of whatever dayyou're trying to get a seller to
sign the contract.
The seller's name you shouldhave your name or your company's

entity name under buyer.
Under that the subject propertyaddress.
Under that the legaldescription you can find that on
prop stream under legaldescription.
Then the agreed sale price thatyou have with the seller.
Under there you're going tohave an acceptance date.

This is very important.
This is the date that you aregiving the seller to sign the
contract by.
This is basically the leveragepoint that you have with the
seller, where you say, mr andMrs Seller, I will give you 24
hours to review that contractwith your attorney, your sibling
, your friend, your realtor,whoever it is, so they can't use

(01:50):
this as leverage to shop youroffer around Underneath.
There you're going to put theclosing date and the title
company.

Let's move to the second page.
It gets real easy.
See, there's a lot of wordsthere that you don't have to
worry about Other agreements.

If you have some specialarrangement with the seller
maybe you said, hey, you cantake that refrigerator or you
can leave your dead cat in thebasement, whatever it is, you
can write it right there.
Then you're going to have thegoverning law state.
Whatever it is, you can writeit right there.
Then you're going to have thegoverning law state.
That state should be whereverthe property exists.
And then the final page, thebest one, the one where the

buyer and seller sign boom signcontract.
