On our last show, we examined the humorous side of horror in the zany spoof HAUNTED HOUSE OF PANCAKES. This week on The Viewfinder Podcast, we transition to horror in its most emotional and frightening form as we discuss the psychological thriller DISREMEMBERED, the latest feature produced by Chicago indie horror entertainment specialists Acrostar Films.

Currently, the company is running an IndieGoGo crowd funding campaign for production of DISREMEMBERED, and you can access the link to that campaign in the notes for this week’s show. Regardless of whether or not the campaign meets or surpasses its goal of $10,000 for that production, DISREMEMBERED will shoot later this November, with a release scheduled for sometime next year.

Joining us to talk about it are our guests: the film’s co-writer and director Steve Hermann, producer Ann Myrna, and its co-stars Morrigan Thompson and Angel Nichole Bradford - the latter of whom last teamed up with Steve and Ann on Acrostar’s romantic thriller DESPERATE SOULS.
