In this episode, I have a conversation with my dear friend, Matt Cahill about his work as an artist, actor, teacher, alexander practitioner, and producer and how he integrates movement and nature into his work as a teacher and with his company Hogfish.

Matt Cahill performs internationally in musical theater, opera, film, and television and is dedicated to teaching the next generation of singer-actors in all genres.

Matt has taught, administrated, directed productions, and developed curriculum for the 21st century singing-actor at pre-eminent organizations from grade school through professionals. Currently he teaches at the Lindemann Young Artist Development Program of the Metropolitan Opera, the Circle in the Square Theatre School, and privately in New York and Maine.

Matt recently founded Hogfish, a regenerative arts and artist training company. Hogfish is building an artistic sanctuary and body of work dedicated to restoring creative and physical health to individuals, communities, and the earth.
