In this episode, mental health expert Olivia Bowser, joins me to chat all things meditation, mindfulness, and mental health.  Olivia is the founder and CEO of Liberate; the LA-based wellness studio helping every day men and women exercise the body and mind. She has worked to develop The Liberate Method, along with a Mental Performance Coach, which  offers dynamic exercises to create an approachable mental workout that strengthens muscles like presence, confidence, and resilience.
