Want to buy a home? Search all homes for sale

When a seller’s listing expires, more often than not, they take it personally. However, it’s usually not the seller’s fault at all. First, you need to ask your agent what happened. How were they marketing your home? If it fails to sell, it’s probably because there weren’t enough eyes on it. You’ll also want to check out current market conditions; pricing can affect your home’s sale, so if comparable homes are priced much lower than yours, you may have already found the culprit.

A failed listing isn’t the end of the world.
