Heather has been my client for a few years and has broken through many barriers that were preventing her from achieving success on her healing journey. I wanted Heather to share her story because I know so many women can relate to her. She is very successful and hard-working at her job, a devoted mother and wife and such a light to anyone who knows her, but she was not prioritizing herself first. This led to many failed attempts at weight loss and healing her gut and eventually fatigue and overwhelm. Her stress and taking care of business would supersede her own needs to focus on her healing, until she had this huge shift. I think so many women can relate and my hope is that her story will inspire you and give you hope on your own healing journey.
