Tom McMillan is back for the final installment about Gettysburg Rebels. This time, it's CW Hoffman and his sons. Hoffman owned a carriage-making business here in Gettysburg before the war. He decided, in the 1850s, to move his business closer to the bulk of his clients in Virginia. So he packed up and moved to Shepherdstown (now in West Virginia).
