Lilli Cooper is a UK-based surgeon and certified coach, and is passionate about the human body and mind: how they work, and how we can optimise them. She has been fortunate enough to indulge this interest during her BSc in Anatomy and Physiology, medical school, surgical training, Co-Active coaching certification and through working with patients and clients, as well as through her own health and wellness journey. She is particularly interested in supporting high stakes professionals such as surgeons in optimising their performance, productivity and fulfillment in the moment, and the longer-term.
