This is the second coaching session with Boston software developer and educator, Ebaad, who is orginally from Pakistan.

When I reached out to him a few days after the coaching session to ask him to sum up his synopsis of what he gained from this second coaching session, here’s what he wrote:
“Kristin, the sessions with you were really helpful. I have decided to try things, without worrying about how it is received. This has been helpful in getting out of my head. I have also been trying to connect with my past self a little more and connect with him with the strength I have today. I plan to launch my first blog post this week and also my work project in the coming weeks. I am really excited for what the future holds!”
