Today’s conversation with Laura Gearty, a registered dietitian who specializes in intuitive eating and is a personal chef. Laura has always found herself in the kitchen cooking with her family or cooking for others throughout her life. She initially studied economics in college but a love for food and a strong family background in medicine, led her to the field of dietetics. She currently has a private practice where she coaches her clients on repairing their relationship with food, provides virtual cooking classes and shares real life with two kiddos in NYC.
