In an unprecedented move, the UFC brass have covered all bases by paying Kamaru Usman to weight in and be ready for the title shot if one of the combatants miss weight on fight day.
We also chat about baseline testing for fighters, autoregulation & training schedules, analysing data for fight athletes, future plans for FSc-I as well as All in Strength as a tool for coaches to efficiently program for their fighters.
