Today, we are in conversation with: LaKesha Lorene. This talented actress, vocalist, film producer and director works locally and regionally on screen and stage. Some of her past credits include, The Kennedy Honors, The Color Purple Musical, Barbecue, The Fourth Degree, the award winning films Earth Cry, 5 Hours to Georgia, and most recently stared as Sophie in Flyin' West here at the Indiana Repertory Theatre.
LaKesha is also the proud Founder and CEO of the entertainment production company Loving Life Productions LLC, Founder and Chair of the Naptown African American Theatre Collective Inc., producer for Naptown Narratives, and company member of the Indianapolis Shakespeare Company.
